Choose from a variety of energizing classes which will maximize your cross-training efforts. We offer up-to-date methods of training, which includes: Body Blast, Power Spinning, Boot Camp Circuit Challenge, Step Muscle Circuit and classic favourites such as low impact workouts. Beginner to advanced B.C.A.C. members can find enjoyment and healthful benefits from our wellness classes such as Asthtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Sculpt and Yoga, Pilates Mat and Cardio Striptease. All instructors are B.C. Parks and Recreation (BCRPA) registered leaders, and hold CPR and First Aid certifications. Please refer to a lifestyle schedule for class types, times and descriptions.
