Hours of Operation: The club is open from 5:45 am to 10:00 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm weekends. The club is open most statutory holidays. Locker Rooms: The mens and ladies changing rooms are well equipped with showers, steamrooms, large day lockers, toiletries, and hair dryers. Towel Service: Towels are provided for members and their guests at no charge. Private Lockers: Two locker sizes are available at the following rates: Large lockers, monthly fee of $9.00 or $95.00 per annum. Small lockers, monthly fee of $4.00 or $40.00 per annum. Laundry Service: Members may have their exercise attire laundered for a monthly fee of $12.00 or $125.00 per annum. Reciprocal Privileges: The club is a member of the International Health, Racquets & Sportsclub Association which enables our members to drop-in to any of the 10,000+ affiliated clubs worldwide. A drop-in fee may apply. Ringside Bar & Lounge: Ringside Bar and Lounge is operated by Owner Dale Walters, the food is fast, fresh, healthy, seasonal and in a friendly environment. Open Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 10:00pm. Social Activities / Events: We hold a wide spectrum of activities and events for our members, which include: member appreciation, Halloween, and Christmas parties; golf tournaments and running events. Parking: Club members are entitled to free parking privileges in the Bentall Four parkade anytime on weekends and 4:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays.
